To help reinforce the core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Unity, and Patriotism (RISE UP) at American Leadership Academy, I developed a behavior matrix specifically for the elementary school. This matrix provides clear expectations for students across different areas of campus, ensuring that RISE UP values are consistently practiced throughout their daily routines.
Designed as a practical guide, the matrix helps students understand how to embody these values in the classroom, cafeteria, gym, playground, hallways, and restrooms. By creating a structured yet simple framework, this tool fosters a positive school culture and supports character development in young learners.
