Event planning and execution
American Leadership Academy
open house
I planned and executed an open house event for American Leadership Academy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospective students and their families. My responsibilities included:
Organized and set up department display tables.
Design, order, and place banners, flyers, yard signs, and social media ads.
Create department signs, tour routes, and school maps.
Train students on FAQs and guide them through the tour.
This project strengthened the school’s outreach efforts, providing an informative and welcoming environment for attendees while reinforcing the school’s brand and values.

This Instagram/Facebook ad ran for the 2 weeks before the event.

These yard signs were placed in parents' and teachers' yards close to busy roads and in school zones.

These full-page prints were given to the student government to post around the surrounding towns in windows and on bulletin boards of businesses and highly trafficked areas.

This banner hung on the corner before the school campus for the month before the event.

I created this map of the junior high and high school buildings with the tour routes and department placements. All of staff and students helping with tours had this map to know where to take visitors.

The elementary building had a different setup. I made this map and sign for their check-in booth.
